The Managing Broker for Sartain’s Heritage Properties, LLC, specializing in recreational, farm and timberland properties and is a licensed Broker in Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana. A native of Yazoo County where the Delta meets the Hills, Parker graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University and began his career in real estate in 1977 with the family real estate company founded by his father J. P. Sartain in 1954. With over forty years of experience in real estate, Parker understands land and the needs of clients whether buying or selling. Past President (1993), Board of Directors and Executive Committee member of Jackson Home Builders Association. Broker for a Weyerhaeuser Timber Company since 2006.

Jacob Sartain

Beginning his career in 2005 Jacob represents the third generation of his family owned real estate business spanning nearly seven decades in Mississippi. Jacob leads the firms Agriculture and Recreational investment and development division with a focus on properties in the Alluvial valley of the Mississippi River. Jacob is the former chairman of The Delta Waterfowl Foundation of Jackson Mississippi, recipient of the Mississippi NRCS Wildlife Conservationist of the year award (2013) as well as nominee to the Budweiser Conservationist of the year national award (2011.) Jacob is widely recognized in the region for wildlife conservation land planning as well as large scale agriculture investment acquisitions and dispositions. Jacob resides in Madison county Mississippi with his wife and three children.

Rob Coker

Sartain’s Heritage Properties is proud to welcome Yazoo County native Rob Coker to their team.  Rob brings his extensive knowledge of land and agricultural practices to the SHP Team.  Rob is a 4th generation MS Delta farmer and is well versed in the many agricultural practices that make land ownership profitable.  Rob will focus on assisting buyers and sellers with all of their farmland needs. Rob is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business Administration and has lived in the Yazoo County area for over 50 years. Rob is an Elder at Second Presbyterian Church Yazoo City, Past President of Manchester Academy and a member of Delta Wildlife whose mission is conservation, enhancement and restoration of native wildlife habitats, wildlife populations and the natural resources of the Mississippi Delta.  Rob has also served in several capacities on agricultural related organizations such as:  Accredited Farm Manager – American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, Board member and past chairman of Delta F. A. R. M., Past President of Yazoo County Farm Bureau, Chairman Mississippi Corn Promotion Board 2009 – 2013, Delta Council Farmer of the Year 2014 – 2015

Joe began his career in 2003 with Southern AgCredit in Mississippi specializing in the large loan portfolio with emphasis on timberland and agriculture related assets. His work included borrower acquisition, cash flow analysis, and collateral evaluation. Joe worked with Southern Ag in the Poplarville, MS office during Hurricane Katrina managing the borrower relationships and the associated collateral, before moving to Tupelo and eventually the Jackson, MS office. Joe received his bachelor’s degree from the College of Forest Resources at Mississippi State University with a concentration in wildlife management, a Masters of Agribusiness from the College of Agriculture and Life Science at Mississippi State, and a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Joe is a past President (2019) of the Mississippi Forestry Association and is a board member of the Mississippi Forestry Foundation and Dean’s Council at the College of Forest Resources at Mississippi State University.

Stacy Penn

As a lifetime resident of Madison County Mississippi Stacey Penn has an extensive knowledge of the regional landscape. Much of Stacey’s professional career has involved her in Agriculture and Real estate related fields including farm management, logistics planning and accounting. In addition to formerly working at the USDA Farm Service Agency office in Madison County. Stacey’s background and knowledge of farm and real estate related businesses lead her to join the Sartains Heritage team 2017. She now oversees the day to day operations of the company office as well as land inventory management and strategic planning of the company owed assets. Stacey has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015
